    • 3 Frozen organic strawberries (Or ¼ cup of Frozen Blueberries)
    • ½ cup frozen spinach or kale
    • 1 tsp Chia or Flax Seeds
    • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Butter
    • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Blast IZOFUEL
    • Cup of water OR Unsweetened Almond milk
