Lemon Raspberry Blast Off

Not to mention - research shows that Raspberries contain phytochemicals which may guard against muscle damage & speed up recovery while Lemon promotes faster absorption of Vitamin C and helps eliminate excess acid such as lactic acid!

- 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
- ¼ Cup Natural Lemon Juice
- 1 Scoop of Big Bang Lemon Lime CALIBRATE
-1 Scoop of Alien Sour Heads ASTRO
-1 Cup of Club Soda
- 2 Cups of Ice

Blend all ingredients and drink fresh about 30 minutes before your workout!
