    Refreshing Summer Raspberry Tea with Greens, Fruits, and Superfoods

    Summer is the perfect time to enjoy a refreshing beverage that not only quenches your thirst but also provides a boost of nutrition. In this recipe, we will be combining the vibrant flavors of raspberries and the health benefits of green tea with a touch of lemon and superfoods. This Raspberry Tea is not only delicious but also packed with essential nutrients to keep you healthy,  cool and hydrated during the sunny days. Let's get started!


    Ingredients:

    - 1 Lemon

    - 1 Scoop of SUPER GUARD (Raspberry Iced Tea)

    - 1/4 Cup of Raspberries

    - 1 Cup of Brewed Raspberry Green Tea

    - Optional: A Little Bit of Lemonade


    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Raspberry Green Tea:
       - Brew a cup of raspberry green tea according to the instructions on the packaging. Allow it to cool to room temperature.

    2. Throw In the SUPER GUARD
    - Take one heaping scoop of the superfood, greens & veggies powder and add it to your mix.

    3. Squeeze the Lemon:
       - Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice. Set aside.

    4. Prepare the Raspberry Infusion:
    - Mush up some raspberries and mix it in. If desired, you can strain the mixture to remove any seeds.

    5. Mix the Ingredients:
       - In a pitcher or cup, combine the brewed raspberry green tea, lemon juice, raspberry infusion, and the prepared SUPER GUARD (Raspberry Iced Tea) paste. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

    6. Adjust the Sweetness:
       - Taste the mixture and add lemonade or your natural sweetener of choice.
