Pre-Workout Popsicles

Since it’s 100 outside, these pre-workout popsicles might just be the best & EASIEST thing to make before the gym:

∙ 1/2 Cup Cubed Watermelon
∙ ½ Cup Strawberries
∙ 1 Scoop of ASTRO Storm (Sour Watermelon)



How to Make:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until completely smooth and no chunks of fruit left.

2️⃣ Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze until firm and enjoy. It should only take 20-30 mins to freeze!

3️⃣ Enjoy!
