    Tired of The Same old Pre Workout Routine? - Give This a Try!

    When to Take:

    The best time to consume a pre workout is 10-15 minutes before exercise.

    Ingredients:

    1. 1 scoop of Pre Workout (ASTRO)
    2. 3oz Package of Sugar Free Jello
    3. 2oz Plastic Shot Glasses
    4. 1 Cup of Boiling Water
    5. 1/2 Cup of Cold Water

     

    Directions:

    • Boil cup of water.
    • Empty jello powder into a large mixing bowl and add the boiling water.
    • Continue stirring for two minutes or until the jello is completely dissolved.
    • Add in the 1/2 cup of cold water & Serving of Pre Workout
    • Stir until mixed and pour into 2oz. cups filled 1/2 to 3/4 of the way.
