Cinnamon Apple Cookies

Apple-cinnamon is a combo you can’t go wrong with already, so we figured it’s only fitting for this delicious recipe to make it into our guide!

Ingredients:

Steps:
- First chop your apple.
- Add all your ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix together until well combined.
- Next, using a tablespoon, scoop out a heaping scoop (about 1 1/2-2 tablespoons worth) of the batter and form into a cookie (The mixture will be slightly moist)
- Place cookies on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until set.
- Let cool down for a few minutes
