    • 3 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips mini

    For The Brownie Cookies:

    • 1 cup almond butter
    • 2 stops IZOFUEL Protein Cookie Eclipse
    • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1/3 cup stevia
    • 1 large free range egg
    • 1 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips mini
    • Liquid stevia for taste

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Preheat oven to 350º F
    2. Mix all of the chocolate chip cookie ingredients in a bowl until cookie dough is made. If it is too thick, you may need to add a few drops of water.
    3. In a different bowl, mix brownie cookie ingredients in a bowl, except for the chocolate chips, until your consistency is doughy.
    4. Spoon out 1 tablespoon of each dough into the palm of your hand and then roll into a ball, mixing both flavors together.
    5. Flatten between your palms and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the brownie side with chocolate chips.
    6. Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to brown on a silicone baking mat, parchment paper or a coconut oil greased pan.
    7. Make sure to let the brookies cool completely before removing them from the pan and slicing.
